Narrative essays are, by far the most common essays that people can find on the internet nowadays, when people are inclined to keep online journals for the benefit of their friends. That being said, any essay that you're particularly proud of that details certain aspects of you life - your vacation over the holidays, the incident that was your first kiss, even the great meal that your mother cooked. The objective here is to write and share a compelling non-fictional story that would give readers a concrete picture of your thoughts and feelings regarding a certain event in you life. Bear in mind that writing about stuff that had actually happened to you is most certainly reflected in the tone of your piece, and in that manner, it is rather easy for us to tell if you were making things up - so be aware.
Pictures are, of course, allowed to supplement your narrative essays. In fact, they just may help in proving that your essay is not fictional. However, you are limited to only three attached or interspersed photographs in your essay and no more. Images are all very well and good but keep in mind that it is the importance of the essay that we are being given.
You are encouraged to have fun in this section and use any language that you are comfortable with - these essays are all about people; and they should be just as interesting.
